After years of coaching executives and testing her methodologies and strategies in the trenches with clients over the last 18 years, Susan Baroncini-Moe wrote the book, The BounceBack Artist. Armed with a Master’s degree in social psychology from the University of Iowa, a MicroMasters certificate in instructional design and technology from the University of Maryland, substantial training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and having read over 2900 books on business and professional development and psychology, Susan’s 8-step bounceback system, REBOUNDS, gives executives the clarity, strategy, and confidence to bounce back successfully.

Once the book was complete, as she continued coaching her executive clients, Susan realized that her REBOUNDS program was perfect for an e-learning program that would allow her to reach more people with the REBOUNDS system. She realized she could not only help more people, but also save jobs.

In just 9 weeks (unless otherwise self-paced), REBOUNDS participants discover how to recognize and overcome personal and professional setbacks such as a negative performance review, a lost job, or a failed client project.
